Michael Costa does individual and group therapy, treats adults, adolescents and children.
He treats depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), assertiveness issues, anger management, stress/pain management, relationships, sleep disorders and many, many more.

Michael Costa has worked for both private and public hospitals and organizations over the years and has a very good understanding of the dynamics in a variety of settings.
He also runs seminars and workshops with his wife, Practice Manager and the brains of the outfit, Dr Miriam Ford-Costa, scientist, teacher, psychotherapist.
At earlier times in his life Michael was an Honorary Probation Officer (for 3 years) and a telephone counsellor for Life Line (some 6 years).
Michael prides himself on being able to relate to a very broad cross section of people. He is very practical and down to earth and has numerous interests and hobbies.
